Wow - 1 and 1/2 years old, time has gone by and Lynzee changes daily, so much to say - so just a few highlights: Lynzee is learning sign language in school. Two months ago she started "saying" please and more, which is much to her advantage as who can resist a little voice say peese with the hand motion to follow. Just this weekend she has started saying thank you, on her own, without being prompted. Again when a 1.5 year old thanks you, all is forgiven. She is learning how to work it. She is also learning to point things out and item recognition. She knows her nose, mouth, eye, ear, and belly and will show you if you ask :) She also loves her kitties and dogie, and we must not forget the many birds that have taken home in our back yard. She can pick these things out in any book, picture, or scene. She is in a full on run now, she likes to chase and be chased, and she is definitely a monkey and climbs up, on, and over everything. She even climbed out of her crib the other day. We have since emptied the crib of all objects that could be used as stepping stones. I think she loves outside most of all. She would live outside if she could. She has a slide, which she has mastered, and a pool. Her language has started to grow ever since we removed the binki (except at bedtime) two weeks ago, she is starting to explore her vocabulary and it seems that more words are said everyday. Well, I was going to keep this to just a few things, but I see I have bragged more than I suggested...til we talk again...
