I found myself saying the age old term, wow how time flies, I can't believe Lynzee is really 2 years old! Lynzee has come so far from when she was first born, to when she rolled over, starting walking, talking, and chasing her puppy. It makes me think, all this is two years, I can't imagine all the new adventures the next 10 will bring.

We converted her bed to a toddler bed the weekend of her second birthday. She hasn't had any problems, fell out twice, but actually just went back to sleep...on the floor...She is now truly learning, from reasoning, to counting, putting sentences together, and having wants and dislikes. She up and out of the blue counted to 10, just as pretty as you please the week of her second birthday. She always counted to 3, but something must have clicked as she just kept counting. Now she does it all the time as fast as she can. She also sings along to her ABCs, among many other songs, doesn't know them yet, but I have a feeling the same thing may occur and one day she will just say them. We began potty training the weekend of Feb 20th...never would have thought it would be as quick of a success as it has been. She has very few accidents and wears underwear all day. I would definitely recommend the "naked" method, works great!

Lynzee's favorite meal these days is "hot dog, cheese, and apple," which is hot dog with ketchup to dip it in, mac and cheese, and pineapple. Funny terms include "want you" for hold me, "I do" anytime she wants to do something herself, "read" as she pushes your head into the book, "Daddy go" as she throws her hands in the air, as to say, where's Daddy? and No Ogie with a stern look on her face as she shakes her finger right in his nose. When you ask her if she has something she has to justify it by saying who gave it to her, even if she had every right to have it. Every moment is priceless and I can't wait to see, hear, and be a part of more!
